If she wasn't so professional, she could have easily convinced us to list it higher. But then we'd be just like the few other comps in the area that were listed a bit higher and were still not sold for many, many (even after price drops)! Jill is hands-down an exceptional agent who knows her stuff. For such an important task, I'm glad we didn't select anyone else. We listened to her advice and did what had to be done.
